As a Captain, you’ve got to respect people who sail new seas and boldly go where no man has gone before. Respect today for the Apollo 11, which first landed on the moon 40 years ago today – on July 20, 1969. NASA are well into celebration mode, with their anniversary page set up here. The best part of the website, I think, is this kid decked out in pirate gear for the celebrations.
