The Oatmeal does Six Phases of a Tapeworm

Written by: Captain Skellett // March 15th, 2010 // Just for Fun

This topic be near to me heart. Before ye start to think that I have been feasting on uncooked meat and so forth, wait! It’s not at all like that. I’m just designing an interactive exhibition about parasites.

We want to make this giant tapeworm that kids can crawl inside. And possibly a giant animatronic amoeba. I thought I would need, like Carl Zimmer, to share the awesomeness of parasites with the world!

Then I see this from The Oatmeal. Click through for tapewormy goodness.

The Oatmeal is THE most fun you can have on the internet with your clothes on. It’s HILARIOUS! They also did 15 Things Worth Knowing About Coffee. I almost fell off the ship so dazed was I with love for their explanation of how caffeine works. There are no words.
